Body Map available to complete in CM Mobile

It would be very useful to have a bodymap available on CM Mobile for front line staff to complete when a service user has had an accident or incident and they want to document where they have sustained injuries.

Forms - data from previous versions when new version created.

If a template is changed to create a new version, then the new form for each service user or carer is blank - ideally would carry through the data from the previous populated version.

Inactive forms to be made inactive to completion if assigned to a client
