We currently use ad hoc availability to record when a carer is working within their contracted hours and tentative to record non-contracted hours.

When making temporary changes to a workers rota e.g. a change of start time or break time we currently have to put an absence over the rota time and add ad hoc availability where the change is being applied.

We are currently using skills and qualifications under the Training field in the Attendance tab of a workers record to allow us to apply specific restrictions/environmental factors on carers and clients to ensure the needs of both clients and care...

Having the ability to amend absence records with end dates would save us from having to delete absence records and insert replacement records where there has been a change/error.

A status notification/pop up to inform users of any upcoming maintenance or any current issues on the system so all users can immediately see this when they login, like banking apps have a pop up to show upcoming downtime & maintenance.

Within the CM mobile app, indicate days that are booked as Annual Leave (or periods of time booked as Annual Leave) to remind carers when they are on Leave.

This would support users with dyslexia and also help when spelling medical conditions and medication

To have a notification when changes are made to a Rota I.E like a new client/Detail that has been added or changed to a carer's Rota. Like a ping text/notification you would get if you have gone overdrawn on your bank account .
