A status notification/pop up to inform users of any upcoming maintenance or any current issues on the system so all users can immediately see this when they login, like banking apps have a pop up to show upcoming downtime & maintenance.

Ability to have more functionality available in carer manager for managing staff incidents, for example having a feedback section available.

Can it be possible to replace the Team drop down with a selection from which you can choose multiple options on the Daily Planner screen? This would allow a broader view of several Branches/Locations Teams when assigning work to a rota.
