It would be very useful to have a bodymap available on CM Mobile for front line staff to complete when a service user has had an accident or incident and they want to document where they have sustained injuries.

At the moment any completion of bodymaps and documentation in relation to where injuries have been sustained have to sit outside of the system, as we also cannot upload documents to the system at the moment we have information on service users in 2 different places and an incomplete understanding of the persons journey through service. |
