Currently when a form is made inactive unless you go to each person with a form and click do not allow completing in CM mobile the form stays live so staff are able to recreate the form and add data.

When the form is inactive this should potentially make all in use forms inactive and prevent staff from being able to complete the form. |
The scenario is here when a version of a form is made inactive in form builder(for example, V1 of the Care Plan) if the form has been assigned to client records currently a manual process is required to update the form to be 'not completable' within CM mobile.
