Allowing service stops to be shown on the carers app would help to keep peace of mind for carers doing a regular run if something happens to one of their clients and they notice they are missing from their rota. For example, a client is admitted to hospital late at night and a service stop is put on, the morning carer the next morning could see this in their app to know it's not an error the visit is missing. It could be shown like a regular visit with something unique to distinguish it from the rest (such as a different coloured background, or a large icon). Opening the client from the visit could then offer information as to what the service stop is above the section for the client details and access notes.

Customer Challenge
The goal would be to reduce calls into the office and out of hours services if either someone forgets to send a carer a notification that a service stop has happened or the carer just hasn't seen it yet. It may also be useful if CM is being used for tracking non-client visits to indicate a reason for them not to happen (e.g perhaps it is being used for tracking pharmacy visits, adding a service top to indicate the pharmacy is closed for example). |
