We are a reablement service which has a high turnover of Clients. People may only be active for a day or 2.
Therefore it would beneficial to be able to calculate mileage for all clients, not just active

Customer Challenge
The current functionality of just calculating mileage for active clients is not fit for purpose, for a reablement service. We would have to make client records active prior to running mileage wizard then make them inactive again. For a month period this could be hundreds of client records, so to have to do this would take too much time. |
We understand the request, and we will open this idea up for voting to understand the priority.
