Following a CQC inspection last week, some issues were found when downloading MAR charts. The CQC Inspector made a comment that our MAR chart says 'Allergies' then 'No allergies recorded'. This does not confirm that the person does not have any allergies, just that we didn't record them.
We would there like to propose an additional option of ‘No allergies disclosed’ is added to the Health tab and that this will then pull through to the eMAR.
