We currently use ad hoc availability to record when a carer is working within their contracted hours and tentative to record non-contracted hours.

We find that our back office staff continue to be confused by this terminology and it would be beneficial if availability could be labelled as "contracted" or "non-contracted" to reduce processing errors which can have an impact on rate of pay. |
