Availability to be recorded as contracted/non-contracted

We currently use ad hoc availability to record when a carer is working within their contracted hours and tentative to record non-contracted hours.

Customer Challenge

We find that our back office staff continue to be confused by this terminology and it would be beneficial if availability could be labelled as "contracted" or "non-contracted" to reduce processing errors which can have an impact on rate of pay.
