Within client manager there are forms in which the staff can complete within CM Mobile. Unfortunately there is no save as draft button on these forms. This means if the staff member needs to check something within a different tile i.e. journal notes. They must come out of the form and start again as there is no option to save a draft.
Customer Challenge
Our service is a reablement service, meaning a quick change around in clients. Not all of the carers have made visits to all clients and therefore when filling out forms they do need access to the journal notes in order for them to be able to complete the forms with details. Our carers are finding it time consuming having to come out of the form only to have to write out again what they have already written as no option to edit/save as draft. The only option available on the form in CM Mobile is 'complete'. Once you complete you can no longer edit and if you don't complete then the form is wiped and the carer must start again. |

We are currently looking at the ability to allow Carers to edit forms which have been completed, this will not be the same as a draft option however they would be able to update their own forms.
Would this resolve your problem or would you still prefer the draft functionality?
