Currently our 'carers' count medication at each visit and write the stock count in a separate hard copy 'MED 2.3' form. We refer to this as a 'dynamic stock count'. The stock count in Client Manager and the CM Mobile app simply automatically reduces by the prescribed dosage, and that won't always match the actual stock count in the client's home. We want our carers to use the MED 2.3 and not rely on the stock count on CM Mobile. We therefore want to turn it off for CM Mobile, but it is useful for our office staff to see it on Client Manager to reconcile any discrepancies and investigate any errors.
