We use Visit Manager to identify missed and late visits. We use Client Manager to identify clients and use the Client Feedback and Medication Notification features. We are able to filter by 'Client Location' but this simply offers a list of sub-areas. It also includes the 'fake clients' that we have had to set up in order to record the time our workers spend in team meetings, training, Supervision etc.
We have 3 main branches and it would be very helpful to be able to select multiple options from the drop down menus (including the Client Location menu).
Also, when we do apply a filter (e.g. Client Location), it doesn't pull through to the Dashboard screen which shows the number of Missed Visits.
