Staffs Shifts on phones even when not allocated a rota

The staff member to have a visual on the app to see when they are on shift, currently they can only see they are at work if calls are allocated to them.

Customer Challenge

This has caused staff picking up additional shifts to not turn up as nothing is on the rota when they are a crisis response duty worker, so would only have calls in place as they need attendance. This could be the time of the shift eg 07.00-13.50
