Currently you can only have 10 options for feedback on client manager, can this be extended as many occasions result in staff needing to alert the office and also enable better reporting on issues

As a service that works out of hours as crisis response, we have a need to be alerted to more than 10 feedbacks and currently staff complete the journal and then ring the office, causing a higher volume of calls that could prevent a person in need trying to get through. |

Hi we have manged to adapt what we have to meet the needs of the service, however as we are changing and evolving it would be good to have additional options when required.

We currently have 10 Categories which we feel at a high level covers all scenarios, however if you feel like there is a gap could you please provide an example.
