All Support Assistants would benefit from seeing the outcome progression notes added by others, even if they are not currently scheduled to visit that person
Customer Challenge
New members of staff need to be able to see the person's history to have an idea of how they are progressing before they work with them. In Extra Care there can be a need to attend to someone in a corridor, in addition to a scheduled visit, so need to be able to see their notes |

Business Case
Is there any reason why all staff potentially working with someone shouldnt be able to see a holistic view of that person? |
We understand the request, and we will open this idea up for voting to understand the priority.
Hi Shy
Yes, we have Extra Care units who respond to every day occurrences that may not happen be in a person's room.
It would be helpful if they could see the recent notes from those who have undertaken visits and be able to add a note, even if they don't have a scheduled call.

Hi Michelle,
Just to confirm the ask is to add a mechanism to be able to view any persons records regardless if they have a scheduled visit?
Thanks,
