When completing forms it would be useful to be able to workflow completed forms to staff members who need to complete subsequent actions

Currently have to use other areas of the system (and use processes that sit outside of the system) to alert of actions. If there was sufficient workflow available within the system a form could be completed and workflowed (where appropriate) for others to complete required actions. |

For example, a care plan is updated and there is a requirement for the visit plan tasks or visits themselves need to be changed. It would be really useful if this completed document could be sent to a planner dashboard for them to review and make necessary changes in CCL as opposed to having to email the planner outside of the system to inform of necessary changes
