Carers will often want to discuss previously added notes with the author - at present it does not show who has added previous notes on CM Mobile - carers are currently having to speak to someone in the office to find out via client manager who has added the notes. This would benefit carers because they would be able to go directly to the person to who has added previous notes to provide any clarity without having to contact the office and get someone to provide this information. It would benefit office staff by not having to break off to provide this information - overall a more efficient process.

Where carers need to have a discussion with someone who has added a previous note they have to contact the office for someone to look on client manager, would be more efficient if they have this information to hand and could contact the person who added the notes. |
