Client addresses added to the excel download of the 'Current Visits' download within visit manager on HASTL.

Customer Challenge
When staff are downloading visits for staff we cannot see the address on the download. If there is an issue with CM and staff download the data from HASTL they are then required to manually check addresses before letting staff know where their visits are. |

Including the address will increase accuracy and reduce staff time when informing carers of their visits when covering shifts. |

That is correct. The service are hoping to utilise this functionality should there be a system failure in the future and having the client's address would make the process so much easier.

Is the ask here another way of viewing the schedule information including addresses for the clients if there is an unforeseen system outage?
