We would like a signature box on the visit log.

At present after each visit, the service user signs the copy of the daily record sheet (visit log) to confirm what we have recorded is the support that was given.
Moving forward, we would like this function in the visit logs- are we able to add a signature box to the visit log. |

That is correct, we require the Service User and staff member to sign after each visit to confirm what has been recorded is correct. Therefore is it possible to add a signature box to the visit log please.

Just to clarify the ask would be for a signature pad ,would this be to allow either the Care Worker or the Client to sign? Please could you confirm.
Is this a requirement for a specific category?
