Change colour of forms on form builder

It would be beneficial for form builder have an option to change the colour of the forms for those that have additional learning needs for this to appear clearer.

Customer Challenge

Allow for colours of the background to be changed to allow for forms to be clearer for those who may need a change of background colour and also for this to be brighter as the forms appear dull when looking via CM Mobile.
