CCL reimagining - more flexibility re shifts

We have carers in Extra Care who works hours that are outside of the pre-assigned earlies/afters shift, they can’t be assigned a run. Runs - must have the same start and end times to make up a run with 4 people. So, for these people, the work has to be manually placed on them. There needs to be a way to be able to incorporate their shifts into the Run pattern, whilst still being able to auto allocate the majority of the calls. We have trialled Maxcare but it is not suitable as it affects continuity of care.
