Would be useful to be able to a time tolerance to the emar timeslots, particularly when using dynamic timeslots so that the alert for missed medication doesnt come until after the agreed tolerance.

Customer Challenge
Where we have a number of dynamic timeslots with quite short windows we are getting missed medication alerts informing of missed medications. When these have been investigated it is that medications are being administered slightly outside of the short medication time window. Would be useful to be able to, for example add a 15 minutes tolerance to either side of the timeslot to allow medications to be administered slightly before or after the timeslot. |
