It would be beneficial and easier to navigate if the forms were in order, and you can move from one form to another with a 'next form' button. We use forms daily, and have multiple forms for staff to complete at times, and when reading these on Client Manager the screen jumps around and make it difficult to see what form you read last.
It would also be beneficial if you can altern the number of past forms staff can read on CM Mobile
Customer Challenge
As a service we used forms for all tasks competed, and Case Managers read these from the office before visiting a person to complete a review. It would save time if there was a button to move from one form to the next as when you finish reading one form you have to press 'return to forms' and often the screen is not in the same place. This can get confusing when reading multiple forms. Staff have raised they would like a see more forms than just the one from the day before. They think this would give them a better understanding of someone's ability and progress. It would be good to the the option to see a certain number as with the journal entries. |
