If Support Assistants need to revert to using a downloaded/ printed MAR sheet from the system, the boxes for them to complete with their intials and time are too small.

The boxes on the MAR sheet that are greeyed out could be smalled. The boxes that need completing could be elongated, to create more room for initials and time to be logged manually. |
