Inactive forms to be made inactive to completion if assigned to a client
Currently when a form is made inactive unless you go to each person with a form and click do not allow completing in CM mobile the form stays live so staff are able to recreate the form and add data.
Currently you can only have 10 options for feedback on client manager, can this be extended as many occasions result in staff needing to alert the office and also enable better reporting on issues
